M11 Funds’ Liquid Token Fund now available to retail investors

M11 Funds takes next step in fund development 

Amsterdam, Thursday 26 September 2024 - M11 Funds, the asset manager offering regulated, actively managed digital assets investment funds, is introducing a new type of shares in its M11 Liquid Token Fund, making the fund now available to retail investors. M11 Funds announced this news at the annual Fund Seminar event, held today in Utrecht. With this, M11 Funds moves into a new phase of maturity. The Fund allows retail investors to enter the fund with an entry amount starting from € 106,000.

With the Liquid Token Fund, M11 Funds offers investors the opportunity to allocate in liquid digital assets in a fully regulated environment. The M11 Funds team has further streamlined the onboarding process for investors so that this fund house's first fund is now available for ‘retail’. The Liquid Token Fund has a monthly cycle for investor entry and exit.

In parallel with enabling retail investors to invest in the Liquid Token Fund, M11 Funds is launching an extensive roadshow programme in the Netherlands and, at a later stage, in Switzerland. Both roadshows are aimed at informing high-net-worth individuals, private bankers, (multi-)family offices and wealth advisers about the opportunities available for allocating in digital assets in a regulated and secure environment. These roadshows also underline M11 Funds’ ambitions to making this asset class accessible to a wide range of institutional and private investors.

To further fulfil the ambitions of M11 Funds, Michiel Verhaagen has come on board as Director Business Development per September 1st. Michiel has over 25 years of experience in commercial  and business development positions, including the last 5 years at Maven 11, the sister company of M11 Funds, both part of M11 Group.
